Brett being interviewed on WTXL
On Friday, August 22nd, MLE instructors Ben Lougheed, Randall Closson and Brett Wellman were featured on ABC Newschannel 27’s “Sunrise Rocks” segment.
Throughout the week, WTXL was focusing on back to school topics and activities for kids. Randall showed off his jazz guitar capabilities. Ben talked about the Suzuki method of learning and played classical guitar, and Brett was featured on the violin.
For the “Second Cup” section, Ben and Randall did a very special impromptu duet. They had never met before the filming of the TV show, much less heard each other play guitar. However, using their knowledge of music and skills on their instruments, the two of them did an amazing, unrehearsed duet!
