Music Lessons Express announces Natasha Marsalli has been hired as General Manager and Mick Metz will be the new CEO. In addition to continuing to teach lessons Natasha will be in charge of all music education programs and Mick will handle back office operations and have overall responsibility for the company.

Natasha has been with Music Lessons Express as an instructor and elementary education director for over six years. Starting with private violin lessons at age three, Marsalli has developed as a successful performer of solo, chamber, and orchestral literature. Following her solo debut with the Naples Philharmonic at age 14, Marsalli has gone on to win top prizes in competitions across the state of Florida. She has studied under Patrick Neal of the Naples Philharmonic, Carol Ruzicka of the Cleveland Institute of Music, and Corinne Stillwell of The Florida State University. Marsalli graduated magna cum laude with B.M. and B.M.E. degrees from The Florida State University in violin performance and instrumental education. She currently holds positions with orchestras across the Southeast including The Tallahassee Symphony Orchestra, The Mobile Symphony Orchestra, and The Pensacola Symphony Orchestra, among others.

Mick is a performing musician in North Florida and a Principal at Southern Red Bird. Mick has written and produced solo works and produced CDs for bands. He has deep expertise in business management and provides production, promotion, recording, distribution, placement, and performance management services.

Mick also has over twenty years of experience delivering business and technology solutions to public and private sector clients. Specific areas of expertise and experience include project and program management, business development, business cases and cost-benefit analysis, human capital, shared services, procurement, outsourcing, business analysis, and general management consulting. Mick has been involved with Music Lessons Express since 2012 as an advisor.
